Under this plan, new residents will pay the established monthly service fee for one year from the available residences allowing them to enjoy the first-class, maintenance-free senior lifestyle found at Redstone Village. At the end of the 12-month period, individuals may elect to continue living at Redstone Village by paying the entrance fee of their selected residence, giving them the full benefits of Life Care.

Further, you don’t need to worry if your health circumstances change during your participation in our Preview to Life Care program — if the unexpected occurs and residents participating in the Preview to Life Care plan have a health emergency or need supportive care, they can receive the full benefits of Life Care simply by paying the entrance fee.
